Ready Wheels offers the best selection from over 100 brands with a combination of 50,000 wheels, rims, and tires in stock. All of our Merchandise is sold in brand new condition and is covered by manufacturer warranty. Our low prices include Free Shipping, Free Install Kit, and Free Tire Mounting & Balancing, guaranteeing that your order is efficiently delivered, right to your door. The manufacture warranty exists directly between the manufacturer and the customer. Ready Wheels is not responsible for any claims on the manufacturer warranty, however because we are committed to our customers we are available if you need assistance communicating with or receiving your manufacturer warranty. With over 30 years of experience in the wheel and tire industry, Ready Wheels offers convenience and outstanding customer service including the highest quality of performance tires and custom wheels at unbeatable prices.
The customer is liable for roundtrip shipping cost on claims to the manufacturer regarding warranty.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ROAD HAZARD COVERAGE PLAN
The Road Hazard Coverage contract is between Ready Wheels and the Original Purchaser. It is subject to the terms, conditions and limitations as itemized below on this document, and covers a maximum of three wheels. The wheel coverage begins the date of the invoice and expires 2 years from that date.
At the time of sale the Original Purchaser agrees that the terms, conditions, price, and limitations of the Road Hazard Contract have been clearly explained and have been fully understood. This includes the agreement that the coverage afforded under this contract applies only to the wheels that are on the described vehicle at the time of sale.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THE PLAN
The plan covers damages on up to three wheels and Ready Wheels will repair or replace them as needed. We cover damage or destruction due to curb impact if the tire is not able to retain air pressure properly. There is no coverage offered for curb damage where the tire is able to retain proper air pressure, such as scratches, scrapes, chips, or other cosmetic damages.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY PLAN
You are entitled to benefits of the Road Hazard plan as described in the conditions above under "Coverage for Plan". This contract does not apply to the following:
- Loss or damage due to negligence, misuse, mistreatment, abuse, or any damages as a result of a upset or collision, vandalism, malicious mischief, fire, chain damage, racing, improper inflation pressure, theft, or use of wheels on tires with 3/32 tread or less.
- Loss or damage due to off road use on a construction site
- Replacement covered under manufacturer warranty.
- Damages or loss that is covered by the contract holder’s primary insurance coverage or vehicle service contact.
- Any consequential damage or loss. This includes damage, loss, or injury to a person or property that resulted from any part failure of the motor vehicle described herein, the replacement of which are covered under the terms of this contract.
- The contract holder is responsible for all labor and round trip shipping costs associated with any claim made to Ready Wheels.
CLAIM PROCESS
- We will reimburse you for the amount of the original purchase price of the warranty on all discontinued wheels.
- Prior to returning the wheel you must have a Return Authorization Number (RA) , which can be obtained by contacting the Ready Wheels customer service department.
- Allow 30 days to process claim.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE IS NO CANCELLATION ON ORDERS ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF ORDERS THAT ARE PREPARED FOR SHIPPING AND OR THAT HAVE BEEN SHIPPED..
Exchanges
Step one
To make an exchange contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Our customer service representatives will then guide you through the exchange process. Please note that you cannot make an exchange without acquiring a Return Authorization Number from one of our customer service representatives.
Terms and Conditions
There are no exchanges on used or damaged merchandise, we only except exchanges on Merchandise in brand new condition.
We only except exchanges on Merchandise in brand new condition, and un-mounted. You cannot return a wheel once it has been mounted or installed on a vehicle.
Customers who have only purchased wheels (no tires) cannot exchange wheels that have been mounted on a tire.
If the Merchandise does not fit
There are many factors that determine wheel fitment, including the all mysterious "X-factor". In accordance with our Fitment Guarantee, Ready Wheels will pay 100% of the costs to ensure proper fitment, or we will exchange it for the same product with a different application. Exchanges are accepted if the merchandise does not fit the vehicle properly. For proper fitment on certain vehicles, applications may require a combination of wheel spacers, hub centric rings, and/or custom computer numerical control (CNC) machining. These applications are not eligible for No Cost Exchanges. This technology has been proven and has existed in the wheel industry for over 50 years. These solutions are generally accepted business practices of the wheel and tire industry and are in accordance with Ready Wheels Best Practices. At the time of sale the Customer is responsible of disclosing all modifications done to the vehicle to be eligible for No Cost Exchanges.
There are no Fees Assessed on exchanges if the Merchandise does not fit given the above conditions.
Timing: If the Merchandise has a fitment issue, you must contact the Ready Wheels Customer Service Department within 15 days of the merchandise delivery date.
Damages during Shipping
Ready Wheels follows a strict quality check to ensure that wheels and tires arrive in perfect condition. We do touch less mounting and Road force balancing. Ready Wheels effectively ships all orders to prevent any damage to the merchandise. All wheels are first wrapped in a protective stretch wrap, then to protect the face and back of the wheel they are covered with multiple pieces of cardboard. Each package is then placed in a double-walled cardboard box, and additional cardboard is used to fill any spaces, this is done to ensure that the wheel does not move in the box. Lastly, the box is sealed with commercial grade staples that effectively keep the box securely sealed.
In the rare occasion that your order does get damaged during shipping, Ready wheels will pay 100% of the exchange costs. When u receive the damaged merchandise it is critical that you contact the Ready Wheels customer service department immediately. We will request that you e-mail a picture of the damage. Save all of the packaging materials that where included when shipped for FedEx carrier inspection, this includes all packaging material, box, tires, and wheels. The FedEx carrier will pick up and inspect the damaged merchandise to return to Ready Wheels. As soon as your damaged merchandise arrives at the Ready Wheels facility we will ship your new merchandise to you.
FEDEX
Timing: If your Merchandise shipment arrives damaged, you must contact the Ready Wheels Customer Service Department within 48 hours of receipt to report the damage.
There are
no Fees Assessed on exchanges if the Merchandise is damaged during shipment given the above conditions.
If you receive the wrong merchandise
If Ready Wheels ships the wrong merchandise, we will pay 100% of the costs to get you the right product.
Timing: If you receive the incorrect merchandise, you must contact the Ready Wheels Customer Service Department within 72 hours of receipt to report the issue.
There are
no Fees Assessed on exchanges if the wrong Merchandise is shipped given the above conditions.
If for some reason you do not like your wheels
If for some reason you do not like how your wheels or tires look, you can exchange them for another wheel or tire of equal or greater total value. Customers will be responsible for FedEx shipping charges to and from Ready Wheels (Additional shipping charges apply to international orders), as well as any difference in price plus all applicable duties and taxes. If the exchange is for a Wheel and Tire Combo, the customer will also have to pay a $200 mounting and balancing fee.
There are no returns on merchandise which has been customized to meet the Customer’s application requirements.
Timing: If you don't like the look of your wheels, you must contact the Ready Wheels Customer Service Department within 48 hours of receipt to report the damage.
Returns
Step one:
To make a return contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Our customer service representatives will then guide you through the return process. Please note that you cannot make a return without acquiring a Return Authorization Number from one of our Ready Wheels customer service representatives.
Terms and Conditions
There are no returns on used or damaged merchandise; this includes merchandise that has been customized to meet the customer’s application requirements.
We only except returns on Merchandise in brand new condition, and un-mounted. You cannot return a wheel once it has been mounted or installed on a vehicle.
Customers who have only purchased wheels (no tires) cannot return wheels that have been mounted on a tire.

Shipping and labor are non-refundable
Fees
In the case where a customer prefers a return for refund, instead of an exchange, and the merchandise is returned in new condition, the customer will only be assessed a 35% restocking fee, plus shipping charges to and from Ready Wheels. Additional shipping charges apply to international orders. The restocking fee also applies to shipments that are refused. If the return is for a Wheel and Tire combo package, the customer will also be assessed a $100 dismounting fee for all wheel sizes.
Packaging
Merchandise must be securely repackaged in accordance with our return instructions on your Return Authorization Form before they are returned to us. Merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing or wrapped in plastic and boxed before they are returned. We do not give credit on merchandise that is damaged during return shipment due to improper packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to assure that the wheels are packaged correctly to protect them from being damaged.
Cancellation
Order Cancellations and Courtesy Exchanges Effective October 1st 2010
Ready wheels prepares each order specific to individual customers. As your order is processed for shipment the merchandise incurs shipping, warehouse, and administrative costs that are involved while preparing your order for shipment. Mounting and balancing, for example, takes a great deal of time and care. Many times special orders are required in which we make special orders to the manufacturer to complete your order (NOTE) Ready Wheels reserves the right to take up to 90 days to ship your order from the date of purchase before a claim of none delivery is made by you the customer. As a result, order cancellations prior to shipping will be charged a 35% cancellation fee. There are no refunds for purchases returned after 15 days from date of purchase.Ready Wheels strives to optimize customer satisfaction, therefore we will do a courtesy exchange free of charge for all merchandise that has not been shipped.
Timing: To receive a courtesy exchange the customer must contact the Ready Wheels Customer Service Department before the merchandise ships.
There are no Fees Assessed on exchanges if you wish to cancel your order before the Merchandise is shipped given the above conditions
Refunds and Credits
Refunds and credits
Credits will be issued to the credit card, Paypal, or Google account used on the order. If payment was received by cash, money order, check, Western Union, or wire transfer, Ready Wheels will refund by check to the shipping address. Please allow 10 to 20 business days for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement.
Credits: Missing parts or Incomplete Labor
Credits due to missing parts, such as missing lugs; or incomplete labor , such as balancing, will be credited as follows: $20 per lug nut set, and up to $40 for balancing. A purchase receipt for all credits is required.
Timing: Missing parts must be reported to the Ready Wheels Customer Service Department within 48 hours of receiving the original order.
For balancing issues, the customer has 7 calendar days to report the problem to the Ready Wheels Customer Service Department.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and any information you disclose on the Ready Wheels site is held in confidence between the customer and Ready Wheels. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
