Returns + Exchanges Policy

At Ready Wheels, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an exchange or return is necessary, and we strive to make this process as smooth as possible. Please take a moment to review our policy below, which is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions that govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following guidelines.

Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your wheels and tires. Please note our exchange policy has specific conditions to ensure fairness for all our customers:

  • Condition: Exchanges are only accepted on merchandise that is in brand new, unmounted condition. Once a wheel has been mounted or installed on a vehicle, it is no longer eligible for exchange. Similarly, wheels purchased without tires cannot be exchanged if they have been mounted on a tire.
  • Customized Merchandise: Please note that there are no exchanges on merchandise that has been customized to meet your specific vehicle requirements.
  • Initial Inspection (Within 48 Hours): If you have any concerns about the appearance of your wheels upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of receipt to report any issues.
  • Fitment Guarantee: We stand behind our Fitment Guarantee! If the merchandise does not fit your vehicle properly, Ready Wheels will cover 100% of the costs to ensure the correct fitment or exchange it for the same product with a different application. This guarantee applies under specific conditions. Certain vehicle applications may require the use of wheel spacers, hub-centric rings, and/or custom CNC machining, which are generally accepted practices in the wheel and tire industry. Customers are responsible for disclosing any vehicle modifications at the time of sale to be eligible for No Cost Exchanges under this guarantee.
  • Fitment Issue Reporting (Within 15 Days): If you experience a fitment issue, you must contact our Customer Service Department within 15 days of the merchandise delivery date.
  • Damages During Shipping: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately (within 48 hours of receipt). Please email us a picture of the damage and retain all original packaging materials for FedEx inspection. We will arrange for the damaged merchandise to be picked up and will ship your replacement as soon as the damaged items arrive back at our facility.
  • Wrong Merchandise Received: If we ship you the wrong merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department within 72 hours of receipt. We will take full responsibility for getting you the correct product.
  • Change of Mind (Within 48 Hours): If you simply don’t like the look of your wheels or tires, you can exchange them for another set of equal or greater total value. In this case, the customer will be responsible for all FedEx shipping charges (to and from Ready Wheels, with additional charges for international orders), any price difference, and any applicable duties and taxes. For wheel and tire combo exchanges due to preference, a $200 mounting and balancing fee will also apply.
  • Return Authorization Number (RAN): To initiate an exchange, you must contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Our representatives will guide you through the necessary steps. Exchanges cannot be processed without a valid RAN.

 

Returns

While we primarily focus on exchanges to ensure you get the perfect wheels and tires, we do offer returns under specific conditions:

  • Condition: Returns are only accepted on merchandise that is in brand new, unmounted condition. Used or damaged merchandise, including items customized to your specifications, are not eligible for return. Wheels that have been mounted or installed, or wheels purchased without tires that have been mounted on a tire, cannot be returned.
  • Return Window: To initiate a return, you must contact our Customer Service Department within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Please note that shipping and labor charges are non-refundable.
  • Return Authorization Number (RA#): Just like exchanges, you must contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning any merchandise. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Returns sent without a valid RA# will not be accepted.
  • Restocking Fees: If you prefer a return for a refund (instead of an exchange) and the merchandise is returned in new condition, a 35% restocking fee will be applied, in addition to all shipping charges (to and from Ready Wheels, with additional charges for international orders). This restocking fee also applies to refused shipments. For returns of wheel and tire combo packages, a $100 dismounting fee will also be assessed for all wheel sizes.
  • Packaging: It is crucial that returned merchandise is securely repackaged according to the instructions provided on your Return Authorization Form. Items must be returned in the original packaging or securely wrapped in plastic and boxed. We cannot issue credit for merchandise damaged during return shipment due to improper packaging. Ensuring the wheels are correctly packaged for protection is your responsibility.

Order Cancellations and Courtesy Exchanges

  • Order Cancellations (Prior to Shipping): Because each Ready Wheels order is prepared specifically for individual customers and involves various costs once processing begins (including potential special orders from manufacturers), cancellations made before shipment are subject to a 35% cancellation fee. Please note that we reserve the right to take up to 90 days to ship your order before a non-delivery claim can be made.
  • No Refunds After 15 Days: We do not offer refunds for purchases returned after 15 days from the original date of purchase.
  • Courtesy Exchanges (Prior to Shipping): We strive for customer satisfaction and will offer a courtesy exchange free of charge for merchandise that has not yet been shipped. To request a courtesy exchange, you must contact our Customer Service Department before your order ships.

Refunds and Credits

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the order (credit card, PayPal, or Google account). For payments made via cash, money order, check, Western Union, or wire transfer, refunds will be issued by check to the shipping address. Please allow 10 to 20 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Credits for Missing Parts or Incomplete Labor: Credits for missing parts (like lug nuts) or incomplete labor (like balancing) will be issued as follows: $20 per lug nut set and up to $40 for balancing. A purchase receipt is required for all such credits. Missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order, and balancing issues must be reported within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
